We all love our pets like members of the family and from time to time there are going to be recalls that will affect our furry friends. For that reason, it is important for us to know what to do when that happens and how to ensure that our pets will be safe in this situation. It was back in 2007 that there were recalls of more than 40 different kinds of pet food . This was due to contamination and the ability to make our pets sick, they were not your off the shelf X brands either, they were many of the most respected brands on the market. These included brands like Iams, Purina, and Science Diet. The problems with the food included the fact that the foods were causing kidney problems, vomiting, and other issues in all kinds of cats and dogs all over the country.
